Security of the SISTEMA Clave Card:  

• Do not place your card near magnets or magnetic fields. They can erase the information recorded in the magnetic stripe.

• Do not expose your card to high temperatures (cold or heat).

• Never bend your card.

• Check your name when receiving the Clave card for the first time, to verify if it is well written.

• Do not write your secret number or PIN in the paper stripe of the card. This is only for the signature (which is very important for effects of verifications, and facilitates the recovery in the case of misleading).

• In case your Clave card does not work properly or you misled it, communicate immediately with the issuer bank, so the problem can be evaluated, and if it is necessary, the card can be replaced.
