At this moment, there is more than 10,000 point of sales terminals located in 6,000 stores around the country. Confirm here if your favorite store has an available point of sale for your security and facility, and if they do not have it, you could ask them for at Banistmo, Banco General or HSBC.

Important explanation "SISTEMA Clave do not charge any fee to the consumer for making transactions at point of sales and there is no limit to make purchases at any affiliated stores nationwide".

In just five seconds approximately, the SISTEMA Clave cardholders, can pay for purchases at the different affiliated merchants of the system, without fee per transactions, without paper checks.

You just have to present your Clave card at any affiliated merchant of SISTEMA Clave, and the cardholder can make purchases and get these benefits:
 

  1. Security:

    With your Clave card, you don't need to carry cash, and expose yourself to be stolen.

    Your Clave card is protected by a PIN number, that do not allow transactions to be executed without your approval.

     

  2. Economy:

The purchases with Clave cards do not cost more, we don't have to pay finance charges for using the card and the PIN number protects you.

 

Important Note: "SISTEMA Clave never charges any interest for any transaction at point of sales, and there is no limit of purchase at any affiliated commerce"

  1. Acceptance:

The Clave card is accepted in more than 1,500 merchants nationwide and actually there are more than 6,000 points of sales installed in all the affiliated merchants.

With your Clave card you can check your account balance in order to control your budget.
 

It is much faster and convenient to make direct payments with the Clave card, than to make withdrawal and then pay in cash.

As same as ATMs, points of sales work 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year, but their availability depends of the schedule of the affiliated merchant.

Make a transaction in points of sales with SISTEMA Clave it is very easy, convenient and secure for the cardholder, you just have to follow the following steps:

  • STEP #1:
    Choose the type of account:
    I is for Savings, II is for DDA and III is for credit line.
     
  • STEP #2:
    Verify the amount of your purchase.
     
  • STEP #3:
    Input your secret number or PIN.
       
  • STEP #4:
    Press the key ENTER.
     
  • STEP #5:
    Sign the sales receipt, keep the copy and take back your Clave card.
      

Important recommendations:

  • Verify at the screen if the account is correct, if its not the correct one press the key CLEAR and select the right one.
  • Input the secret number or PIN only after you have verified the paying amount is correct.
  • Keep the sales receipt as evidence of payment and for the control of your own budget.
  • If you want to correct any mistakes, press the key CLEAR.
  • Avoid at all moment, to have your secret number or PIN visible to other people.
  • Remember to get back your Clave card when the purchase was finished.
