Step 1
Introduce and remove your Clave card.

Please, select the language you prefer

Step 3
Input your personal identification number or PIN

Step 4
The main menu appears. Select the option of WITHDRAWALS

Step 5
Select the type of account from which you want to get the cash: Saving's account or DDA account

Step 6
Select the quantity you want to get, and if the amount isn't on screen, then press the key with the word "otra" and proceed to input the desired amount. It couldn't be more than $500.00 per transaction.

Step 7
The system processes the information and gives you the money that you ask for and the receipt.
