Step 1
Introduce and remove your Clave card.

Please, select the language you prefer

Step 3
Input your personal identification number or PIN

Step 4
The main menu appears on the screen the option of Balance Inquiry

Step 5
Select the type of account for which you want to make the inquiry: DDA account or savings account.

Step 6
Select if you want a printed balance inquiry

Step 7
The system processes the information and show the balance that had asked for.

Step 8
The system gives you the information printed at the receipt, if your requested it.
